Competitive analysis
During the research phase, we did a benchmarking analysis in order to learn about how some of Sfera’s main competitors solved the problem of size selection
Resulting redesign
Main goal
Sfera discovered that 50% of returns were due to a wrong size selection. The main goal was to improve the size selection experience in order to lower the product return rate.

Project challenges
One of the main challenges of the project was to create a size selection feature with the minimum steps possible while offering accurate results.
Solution
A redesign of the current size guide and the design of a new size finder feature to aid users in the process of size selection.

My role
I took part in all steps of the process, including user research, interaction design, UI design, prototyping and user testing.
Prototyping and user testing
After creating a prototype and testing it with users, we obtained valuable insights that can be used for prototype iterations.
